Shipping & Returns


Delivery inside Egypt:
  1. Delivery inside Cairo can take 1-5 working days
  2. Delivery outside Cairo will take 3-7 working days
  3. Delivery inside and outside Cairo can be purchased with Cash On Delivery basis or online payment.
International Shipping (to Europe and MENA):
  1. Delivery/Shipping prices may vary from a country to the other according to distance.
  2. Shipping to Europe and MENA can take 5-10 working days (days spent inside customs may vary from a country to the other, but once your order arrives to your country, the courier service informs you at once)
  3. Only Selective countries can take 1 working day
International Shipping (worldwide):
  1. Delivery/Shipping prices may vary from a Country to the other according to distance and weight of the package
  2. Shipping can take from 2-3 weeks (days spent inside customs may vary from a country to the other, but once your order arrives to your country, the courier service informs you at once)
  3. According to temporary “situations” shipping to USA takes from 2 weeks to more, as they is currently extra security regulations from shipments coming from MENA region
Tracking your order:

Once your order is sent to the courier, we inform you immediately with the tracking information needed.

  1. We are not responsible for customs and taxes costs, as it varies from one country to the other
  2. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping and personal information, any mistakes in giving out an incorrect address or missing information make your package spend more time in customs, or get sent back to us. We can only provide two delivery trials, more delivery trials will rest in more charges that the customer will be held responsible for.

Returns & Exchange

  1. Items can be returned within 14 days of the day of shipping and items must be unused and undamaged.
  2. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with their tags still attached.
  3. For National Order: All items can only be returned to the courier who will kindly wait for you to try it and make sure it fits you, if it doesn’t you can proceed by paying the shipping cost only and giving the courier your package back, that’s because no tags will be attached to the items, we aim for no waste!
  4. For international orders, if you would like to return your order, please send us an email and we will help you return the item.
  5. We deduct the return shipping costs from the item returned.
  6. In case of receiving a wrong product, the return shipping is free of charge.
  7. We are only in charge of returns made through our website, for other faults made through other retail websites kindly contact them directly as we are not responsible for those deliveries or returns.

We offer maintenance & repair for life and it’s free of charge.


For Cancelation, Please send a cancelation mail request to [email protected]/eu for a full refund depending on the order status we will get back to you on how we can help you out. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
