Returns & Exchange
Before you decide to return your item, it’s important for us to tell you that we offer lifetime repair free of charge for all Up-Fuse products.
We’re sorry you didn’t like your Up-Fuse item.
- Items can be returned within 14 days of the day of shipping .Please make sure your item (s) is unused and undamaged.
- Items must be returned in the Up-Fuse packaging you received.
- Clothing items can only be returned on spot when you receive the order. You may request the courier to wait until you decide, if you have chosen to return the item – please proceed by paying the shipping cost.
- We deduct the return shipping costs from the item returned.
- In case of receiving a wrong product, the shipping is free of charge.
- We are only in charge of returns made through our website, for other faults made through other retail websites kindly contact them directly.
- In order to cancel your order, please send a cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund. Your full refund will be sent once the products are with the courier or with Up-Fuse.

Delivery inside Egypt:
- Delivery inside Cairo can take 2-3 working days
- Delivery outside Cairo will take 3-5 working days
- Local delivery can be fulfilled through Cash On Delivery or Online Payment via the website.
International Shipping (to Europe and MENA):

Tracking your order:
- Once your order is sent to the courier, we inform you immediately with the tracking information needed.
- Please make sure you enter the correct shipping and personal information. Any mistakes or blanks in your information will make your package delayed.
- We only provide three delivery trials.
