We currently ship across Egypt.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
Other Governorates: 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details to follow your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Egypt.
Please ensure the correct amount is ready upon delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
