Dear Up-Fuser,
We’re sorry you didn’t like your Up-Fuse item.
Exchange Policy:
- If an item is used, an exchange fee of 180 LE will apply.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Exchanges are limited to one time per order. Additional exchanges can be processed at our Maadi store.
- If normal Exchange will be 80±90 LE will apply
- If an issue from our side it will be Free Delivery and order number will be submitted for OPS Order Form and to be deducted from the responsible person.
- Refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Items damaged or defective due to customer handling will not be fully compensated.
- Refunds will be issued after approval of the item’s condition.

Warranty Policy:
- A free 3-month warranty is provided on bags for manufacturing defects.
- Delivery fees will apply for warranty claims.
System of Operation for Repairs:

CS and Production team.
- A picture of the item is taken (a brief explanation of the issue so that we can provide you with a quota)
- The picture is sent to the production team.
- Production reviews and approves the repair request.
- A PDF outlining expectations for the repair and a price range is sent to the customer.
- The item is sent to the courier.
- The item is sent to production for the repair.
- Production completes the repair within one week.
- A picture of the repaired item is taken.
- Customer care creates an order for the delivery fee and sends it to the customer via the shipping company.
