Delivery Areas

• We currently ship across Egypt.
  

• International shipping is not available at this time.
  

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  

Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
  

• Other Governorates: 2–5 business days
  
  Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
  

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is shipped.
  

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details to follow your shipment.
  

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times.
  

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply.
  

Cash on Delivery

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Egypt.
  

• Please ensure the correct amount is ready upon delivery.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
